Bret was found dead in his apartment after being stabbed 14 times while wearing women's clothing.
The perpetrator, Nigel Head, told police he became upset with the victim during sex the night of the murder, according to papers filed at the Dane County Circuit Court. In a plea deal, Head received a thirty-year sentence for the murder.
