Dulce Mejía García

Dulce was shot 3 times in the head at the side of a dirt road in the Guillén neighborhood of Chamelecón where she lived.

Her neighbours reported hearing three gunshots at around 1am and found her body at dawn.

Dulce worked in a manufacturing plant in Villanueva, Cortés, was a member of an association of the gay community and a promoter of HIV/AIDS prevention.
