The body of the victim was found on a vacant lot at the Contorno Highway on the night of Tuesday 31st July.
The crime happened next to a fuel station in the municipality of Serra. According to information from the Civil Police, a pipe possibly used for the consumption of crack was found next to the victim.
She wore a pink sweater, red bra and earrings.
