C. was shot 4 times near the spot where she worked. More than 8 years later police finally arrested a suspect.
On Thursday, June 17, 2019, after several investigations by the investigating team of the 16th Campo Mourãos Police Subdivision, the arrest of an individual who had an unfavorable warrant of arrest for having participated in the murder of a [trans woman] that had by nickname 'He-Man', crime this occurred in 2014 in Campo Mourão. The arrested man was sent to the prison of the 16th SDP where the justice system remains.
The crime was homicide against the [trans woman] [deadname] Portela Rosin, also known as "He-man", was registered the night of Tuesday, February 11, 2014, when the 39-year-old victim was found dead with four shots, near the spot where she worked in Campo Mourão.
C.'s murder was not recorded on the official TDoR 2014 memorial list released by Transgender Europe (TGEU) in November 2014.
