Johanna was stabbed in her salon in the Isla Trinitaria area of Guayaquil. Her murderer was later arrested.
The Silhouette X Association, rejects the murder of John Orlando Jiménez Mateus (Johanna) brutally murdered in her hairdresser (Source Noticiero TC Televisión: http://www.tctelevision.com/elnoticiero/asesinaron-estilista-sur-guayaquil) in a cooperative from Isla Trinitaria south of Guayaquil - Ecuador.
She was 47 years old when the attacker ended her life on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 07:00 am, being (as in most cases) known to the victim.
According to the prosecutor Roque Macías, the murderer has been captured who has entered into investigations by the Police.
We call on the authorities to investigate the murder and that this time they have obtained an alleged suspect. This shows once again the exposure to which trans people are in Ecuador.
