Estrella's body was found in a hotel room. Her face showed signs of beating and suffocation, and she had probably also been robbed.

Estrella worked in a well-known bar in the Javier Rojo Gómez area. There he was drinking on Sunday, August 10, with a 15-year-old boy, with whom he seems to have had romantic relationships.

The body of "Estrella" was found in room 13 by the maid of the Brasilia motel located on Boulevard Luis Donaldo Colosio, where she had arrived at around three in the morning on last Sunday in the company of a subject aboard a vehicle for rent. Estrella's face showed many signs of blows and suffocation and the fact that her wallet or any identification were not found with her body suggests that one of the motives could have been theft.

Estrella's mother went this Monday to the facilities of the Forensic Medical Service (SEMEFO), located in the Unión de Martínez de la Torre neighborhood, to officially identify the body. She indicated that some of her friends had gone to her home located at Boulevard Patricio Chirinos 18 in the Colosio neighborhood and they asked him about "Estrella" but when she told them that she had not been since the day before, they told him about a murdered person with her characteristics and unfortunately she ended up confirming the tragedy.
