Flávia was sitting with a group at a bar table on the sidewalk when she was shot twice in the chest by an armed man. She died in hospital soon after entering the emergency room.
Her killer fled, but the registration of the car he drove was reported by witnesses and her murder was recorded by CCTV.
In social networks, relatives and friends lament what happened. “Another injustice with a wonderful human being who will miss her simplicity and humility, walk in peace,” a friend said.
