Laysla Oliveira

Laysla was beaten to death at around 6am on on 17th February in a room at the Village Motel.

Her killer fled the scene and attempted to drive along a railway line. He abandoned the car (which he had borrowed from his sister in law) when it became stuck. When finally arrested, he resorted to victim blaming.
