Scarlett was found dead inside a house in the Pan American neighborhood of Cali on 18th December. A substantial quantity of blood was were found on the floor.
She had last been seen alive 4 days earlier in the company of an unidentified man.
After a compilation of different testimonies and what Scarlett's neighbors and friends said, it was established that she was working as a webcam model and the last time she was seen entering her residence on the third floor, it was approximately Thursday midnight.
That evening she entered the building in the company of an unidentified person, the witnesses tell us that they heard the right one until very late, amused by laughs and activities. At about three o'clock in the morning, from the thirteenth of December, nobody heard anything about her again. Despite the tranquility of the inhabitants of the Pan-American district, a nauseating smell came to their windows, this ignited the alerts, and the authorities were informed.
