The handcuffed bodies of two trans women were found by the side of the road on 13th March. They had been shot in the head and both bodies showed traces of torture.
The bodies of two [trans women] were located in the streets of the municipality of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, on Wednesday afternoon.
They were discovered at the junction of 16 de Septiembre with calle Camino Real. The area was cordoned off by police and the emergency services carried out the lifting of the bodies.
The motive for the crime and the identity of the victims are unknown. No-one has yet been arrested.
Editor's note: Some of the reports which appear to relate to this murder actually refer to other (presumably cisgender) victims whose bodies were dumped in the same place over the following three days.
