Mónica's decomposing body was found in a container filled with concrete on Friday 15th November. She owned a bar named La Doña and had been missing since Wednesday 6th November.
This Saturday afternoon, according to unofficial accounts, the remains located on the afternoon of this Friday were identified near the area known as Puente del Muerto ["the Bridge of the Dead"], next to the El Diamante-Balsas de Agua state highway, in Martínez de la Torre.
The body belongs to someone who was known as "La Mónica de la Torre", whose real name was [deadname] Rivera, homosexual owner of La Doña Bar and who had been reported missing for several days.
“Monica de la Torre” was reported missing since last November 6, when around 11:00 a.m. that day she left her home aboard her Ford Ecosport van With license plates YGE2541 from the state of Veracruz. From that moment until this Friday there was no information of her whereabouts.
On Friday a corpse in an advanced state of decomposition was located inside a container apparently filled with concrete, near the site known as El Puente del Muerto, on the El Diamante-Balsas highway in the municipality.
