Leca do Beral

Leca was shot dead in the centre of Patos in the early hours of Easter Sunday.

A [trans woman] was shot to death this Sunday (12) in the city of Patos, in the interior of Paraíba, and the police are trying to discover the motivation and the perpetrator of the murder.

According to information from the Military Police, the crime took place around 3 am on Rua Floriano Peixoto, in the Center of Patos. The victim was identified as [deadname] Lopes de Medeiros, a 33-year-old [trans woman] known as "Leca do Beral".
