Ludmila was lured onto a vacant plot of land and executed by two men.

A [trans woman] of just 15 years old, was shot to death on Saturday night (8) [on Rua Dallas] in the neighborhood of Granja Lisboa, Fortaleza.

The victim was reportedly lured to a vacant lot and executed by two men. There was so much fear at the scene that residents did not even call an ambulance after the [trans woman] was shot. It was the police who called the medical team to try to save the victim's life.

The ambulance took about 30 minutes to reach the site and this may have decreased the chances of survival. As she was not carrying documents and her family members were not at the scene, the police did not provide the name of the transvestite. The suspects fled on foot. The police believe the death is related to drug debt to drug dealers.

Ludmilla was reportedly identified by the Centro de Referência LGBT Janaína Dutra.
