Wanda was shot in the street by a group of unidentified assailants who approached in a car. She died in hospital.
A trans woman was shot and killed in El Mondongo . The crime occurred in the early hours of the morning, at diagonal 73 and calle 3. No one has been arrested so far.
According to police sources, the victim was a sex worker. She was in the red zone of La Plata when she was approached by three individuals who were driving a gray Ford Ka car. One of them pulled out a gun and shot several times. One of the bullets hit the trans woman.
A taxi driver rushed the victim to Gutiérrez Hospital, with a gunshot wound to the chest, but doctors were unable to save her life and she died minutes later.
At the moment the causes of the brutal attack are unknown, so DDI La Plata personnel are carrying out the investigation. Likewise, agents at the Novena police station carried out a lockdown operation in the area, but could not find those involved in the incident . UFI Nº 7 intervenes in the case in turn.
