The decapitated body of what is thought to be a trans woman was found in black bags dumped in the La Amistad neighborhood of Cancún on 27th September 2021.
CANCÚN.- The body of a person was found this afternoon wrapped in a bag in a green area of the La Amistad neighborhood.
The body was located by the locals who reported the discovery to the emergency number 911. The location is about 40 meters from the highway known as Gas Auto and about 4 kilometers from Avenida José López Portillo.
Initial police reports indicated that the body had no head and was found in black bags. One account indicates that the person could be a [trans woman], since they were wearing a bra.
