Greyci was found dead in a vacant lot on the morning of Monday 30th January. She had been missing for four days.

A 43-year-old transsexual woman was found dead in a vacant lot of Vila União, in Jales (SP), on Monday (30). The body was located the day after Trans Day of Visibility, celebrated on January 29. The information is from TV Tem/g1.

According to the Civil Police, Greyci Kelly, born in Dolcinópolis (SP), was missing from this Thursday (26). Military police, civilians and experts were called and attended the scene after locating the body.

It is not known whether the body showed signs of violence. No suspects have been identified and the case will be investigated. After the victim's identity was confirmed, friends mourned Greyci Kelly's death on social media.

“Today we say goodbye to this person named Greyci Kelly. An amazing person I had the privilege of meeting a few years ago. I leave here my words of affection for you, Greyci. For the incredible person you were, regardless of anything and any situation,” wrote a friend.
