Leo died by suicide. He had been waiting for a first appointment at an NHS gender clinic for over 2 years.
According to a friend was Leo "genuinely one of the kindest and most generous people I know".
My friend Leo killed himself on 30th August 2024. His full name is Leandro (Leo) Walker Titley
He's based in London, and his favourite colour is purple, and he had a pet hamster called Ziggy and a wonderful boyfriend, and he was and is genuinely one of the kindest and most generous people I know. He always cooked for people, always brought them things. He is the person that encouraged me to finally start testosterone and I'm so grateful to him for that.

Hi my name's Leandro and I'm a 20 year old Trans Guy who has been out for 2 years now, but has known about who I am for a longgggg time. I have been on the NHS waiting list for my first appointment for 2 years now, which is nothing compared to the NHS waiting list of 10-12 years. Chest dysphoria is a very large part of my life and being able to live as a man in the body I am comfortable in without having to wait till 30/32 would be such a fulfilling feeling.
