Isabela died in hospital after being shot in a bar. The identity of her killers is not known.

A 26-year-old trans woman was brutally murdered with at least six gunshots on Wednesday night (30), in Peixoto de Azevedo (MT). The Military Police were called around 8 pm after reports of gunshots. At the scene, they found the victim seriously injured and called the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU). The young woman was taken to a health unit, but did not survive her injuries and died.

A witness heard the shots, but was unable to identify the perpetrators. The body was sent to the Forensic Medical Institute (IML) for forensic examination. The Civil Police are investigating the case and looking for clues to identify and arrest those responsible for the crime.
