Stabbed, mutilated and run over

Georgette was murdered after leaving a bar in her home area of Charlestown.
Her throat was slashed, her penis cut off and then stuffed in her mouth, and she was then run over by a car.
Boston police homicide detectives said no arrests had been made as of last night in the stabbing murder of [Georgette] F. Hart, 27, of Bunker Hill street, Bunker Hill Charlestown. [Her] body was found in Sullivan Square about 4:30 a.m. yesterday.
Medical Examiner George Katsas said Hart had been stabbed once in the throat and twice in the back.
Georgette was born in Charleston. Apparently at the time she was known as “Boston’s most beautiful drag queen”.
