Philip Robert Filshie

Philip was a transgender man who was stabbed in the side by his wife, Joyce Lorraine Filshie.

Ms. Filshie claimed that her husband was beating her, and she “accidentally” stabbed him in the side, from which he bled to death. He was a 51-year-old, post-op FTM. She was acquitted of second-degree murder charges.
