Cortez Morris

Cortez was stabbed in the chest by Joseph Alexander.

Cortez Morris, 18, of Valley Place near Margaret Street, Frankford, was fatally stabbed in the chest about 1 a.m. today on the sidewalk on 13th Street near Chestnut.

Police said Joseph Alexander, 19, of Chester, was charged with murder and weapons offenses. Morris was stabbed, police said, during an argument between the two [people].
