R. D. Neadeau

R. was beaten to death in a condemned building. She died as a result of blows to the head and abdomen.

A 38-year-old [woman] who Minneapolis police say was a [trans woman] with a record of [sex work] was found beaten to death early Friday in an apartment of a condemned building at 14 E. Franklin Av.

The body of [deadname] D. Neadeau, 38, of Minneapolis, was found by a friend about 1 a.m. Authorities said [she] had been killed shortly before [her] body was found. The Hennepin County medical examiner's office said Neadeau suffered injuries from blows to the head and abdomen.

No one has been arrested in the slaying.
