Alejandra was found badly wounded in the vicinity of Cerri avenue 900 on 7th April. She died 4 days later.

She was a member of the AIDS and Civil Rights Action Centre (Centro de Acción en SIDA y Derechos Civiles – CASDC) and of the National Coordination in favour of the Rights to Sexual Diversity (Coordinación Nacional por los Derechos de la Diversidad Sexual – CONADISE).

As of the end of 2005, the perpetrators of her murder had not been identified, but tdor.info records that she was beaten by the police.
