Wanda was shot by several individuals from a car.
She was a sex worker and activist of Fundación Procrear and Proyecto Zona Trans.
Two days before her death, Wanda had participated in a meeting in which the transgender community, headed by Diana Navarro, demanded that local authorities reinforce security measures to prevent deaths like that of Katherine Noriega, murdered on 25th October.
