At dawn on Tuesday (23), a [trans woman] was stoned to death near Portelinha, Paripe neighborhood, a railway suburb of Salvador (BA).
According to witnesses, the [trans woman] was stoned to death by a couple who lived in the same region. The Military Police reported that the victim, who has not yet been identified, arrived at Rua Eduardo Doto, where she lives, and was met with violence by the couple.
According to a report on the "Terra" website, direct from Salvador, the [trans woman] died at the scene. Neighbors laimed that the victim had suffered persecution by the couple. The investigation is continuing at the Homicide and Personal Protection Office (DHPP).
