O. was found dead dressed only in her underwear on rua Jose Maria de Lacerda in the Industrial City neighborhood of Contagem in the early hours of Wednesday 12th June. She had been shot in the face.
A friend of the victim spoke with the police and said she saw Valadares for the last time at around 3am leaving with a client in a white Fiat Fiorino. In addition, the friend said that Valadares had a black handbag, which was not found at the scene. It is possible she was robbed by her killer.
