Kandy Hall

Kandy's body was found in a field in northeast Baltimore suffering from massive trauma and stab wounds to her body. Paramedics pronounced her dead on the scene.

Early Tuesday morning, Baltimore police discovered the body of a transgender woman in a field in Northeast Baltimore. Earlier today, police identified the body as that of 40-year-old Kandy Hall.

Hall lived on the 4000 block of Raymonn Street, and is believed to have been the victim of a homicide, suffering from massive trauma to her body. Paramedics pronounced her dead on the scene.

An autopsy will be performed to determine her official cause of death.

Hall is believed to have been murdered the same day Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Police Commissioner Anthony W. Batts hosted a forum for Northeastern Baltimore residents on the topic of public safety.
