Joha González Leal

Joha was beaten, stripped and robbed on her way to a party by a group of people who wrongly accused her of stealing a mobile phone. She died at the scene.

Joha was the youngest of two siblings and lived with her relatives in the Alma Bolivariana neighborhood. She had planned to move to Colombia the following week to work in a beauty salon with other trans women who were waiting for her.
