Jennifer was stabbed 7 times in the neck in the early hours of Tuesday 31st March. A suspect has been arrested.

[deadname] de Alcântara, 34 years old, known as "Jennifer" was killed at dawn today (31) with seven stabs to the neck. The crime took place around 2:30 am in the Canaã I neighborhood in Dourados.

The trial of the suspect is scheduled to begin on 23rd March 2021.

The jury trial of Fábio Barbosa dos Santos, 27, is scheduled for 13:00hrs on next Tuesday, the 23rd [March]. He is accused of the crime of qualified homicide.

In the early hours of March 31, 2020, in Dourados, he stabbed [deadname] Dias Alcântara, 34, a [trans woman] known by the social name of Jennifer, and then called the police.
