Luna's body was found in undergrowth by the side of the Cosoleacaque - Nuevo Teapa highway. She had been shot 5 times.
Cosoleacaque, Ver.- Once again, violence takes the life of a member of the LGBTTTIQ community in the south of Veracruz, a [trans woman] who was shot to death and whose body was abandoned on the side of the Cosoleacaque - Nuevo Teapa highway at the height of the municipality of Cosoleacaque.
The homicide was registered in the afternoon this Thursday, February 11, in front of the Veracruz neighborhood, where [the victim] allegedly worked.
Information collected by this yields means that the victim of unknown identity was deprived of life to dead by unknown individuals who left the body lying in the undergrowth. The preliminary report indicates that I have received at least five bullets .
The area was cordoned off by security elements, without knowing the whereabouts of those responsible.
