Sharlotte's body was found in a vacant lot behind her property. She had been stoned to death.

TUXTLA GUTIÉRREZ .- Last Sunday, the body of "Charlotte", a transgender woman over 50 years old, was found in a vacant lot behind the property where she lived on calle Rejoya in the El Valle neighborhood of the municipality of Comitán de Domínguez. According to initial reports, she had blows throughout her body, a result of the stones that were thrown at her.

That same day the Attorney General of the State (FGE) initiated a folder of investigation for the crime of homicide against person or persons responsible; however, there are still no detainees.
