Kauê Vestemberg

Kauê died by suicide.

A 22-year-old [man] was found dead at home this Sunday afternoon (January 9) in the district of Palmeirinha.

The body of [deadname] dos Anjos was admitted to the Legal Medical Institute (IML) of Guarapuava at 15:31, from where it was released for wake and burial.

[deadname] was known as Kauê Vestemberg and initial information shows that he was trans, was in transition and was fighting prejudice. He took his own life and his death caused a huge stir on social media.

Kauê's body is being held in the Municipal Mortuary Chapel of Palmeirinha and the burial will take place this Monday (10), at 4 pm at the Palmeirinha Municipal Cemetery.
