Atena's body was found on a side road. Her hands were tied and she had been beaten with stones and then stabbed.
The body of [deadname] Queiroz da Silva, 19 years old, was found this Sunday morning (12), on a side road near Sítio Contador, on the banks of the PE-160, in the rural area of the municipality of Santa Cruz. do Capibaribe, Northern Agreste of Pernambuco.
According to information, the victim was transgender and was on a program. She was brutally murdered with her hands tied and had several wounds probably caused by a knife and also stones.
[Atena] lived in Vila do Amor, also in Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, and until the closing of the matter, the executioner(s) had not been arrested.
The Military Police and the GCM - Municipal Civil Guard - of Santa Cruz isolated the crime area until the arrival of the Civil Police, who together with the Criminalistics Institute (IC) carried out the cadaveric survey and sent the body to the IML - Institute of Medicine. Legal – from Caruaru, Central Agreste of the State.
