Victor was one of two men shot inside a residence in Guaiúba.
Two men, aged 27 and 19, were shot dead inside a residence in the Municipality of Guaiúba, in the Metropolitan Region of Fortaleza (RMF), last Monday (9). The double homicide is being investigated by the Civil Police of Ceará ( PC-CE ).
The Secretariat of Public Security and Social Defense (SSPDS) informed that teams from the Civil Police, through the Department of Homicide and Personal Protection (DHPP), and the Military Police of Ceará (PMCE ) were called to the incident, in the early hours of last Monday (9).
