W. was shot dead in front of a nightclub. Her social name was not reported.
The [trans woman] [deadname] da Silva Souza, 24, was shot dead this Friday (03) in front of a nightclub on Avenida Castelo Branco, in the district of Rio Pardo, in Porto Velho (RO).
Witnesses said they heard the noise of gunshots and came across the young woman lying in the middle of the street.
The Military Police were called along with a medical team that confirmed the death of the victim. Nobody in the region knew or wanted to say who would have been the author of the crime. The transvestite was killed with two shots to the head.
After the work of criminal expert Josias Batista, the body was taken to the Instituto Médico Legal (IML) in the capital. Civil Police will investigate the case.
