Lina was stabbed in the street.
Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- The Trans Sinaloa Collective demanded that the State Attorney General's Office investigate the murder of a trans girl that occurred this Saturday morning in Mazatlán .
The crime, which they considered hate crime, allegedly occurred when the trans woman, whom they knew as Lina, was attacked with a knife by the Libramiento Luis Donaldo Colosio, in the Ricardo Flores Magón neighborhood.
Riessa Miranda Manjarrez, state coordinator of the Trans Sinaloa Collective regretted that there is hated against trans women, and asked the FGE in Sinaloa to clarify this case, which adds to the disappearance of "Michel España" and another girl approximately two months ago. "It is not possible for her, she said, that they are not killing, we are human beings and we deserve respect."
