L. died in hospital 6 days after being stabbed from behind at a party in an apparent revenge attack.
After fighting for his life for six days, [possible deadname] Rodríguez Mier, a member of the LGBTI community, died this Friday in a private clinic in Sincelejo, who had been injured in the municipality of San Benito Abad.
Rodríguez Mier was stabbed in the early hours of last Sunday in the middle of a pick-up party that was held on calle La Concepción in the aforementioned town.
The young [trans person] died in the intensive care unit of the Santa María de Sincelejo clinic, where he had been transferred due to the seriousness of the injuries suffered.
According to people close to the victim, the attack with a knife would have been for revenge. Luis Fernando would have been attacked from behind when they were enjoying the celebration.
Relatives of the victim demand that the corresponding authorities drop the full weight of the law on the person responsible for the death of the 28-year-old citizen.
