Amanda was stabbed in her home. Her body was found after a stranger who heard her dog and went to investigate.

[The trans woman] Amanda Martins was found stabbed to death in the early hours of Monday (2) in the Morro Alto neighborhood, in Guarapuava, in the central region of Paraná.

Amanda's body was found by a young man who heard the victim's dog making a lot of noise and went to see what was happening. She was lying near the door and was covered in blood.

The Civil Police are investigating the motive for the death. The body will be buried this Tuesday (3), in the Santo Antônio cemetery. The time has not yet been announced.
