Tieta's body was found inside her locked home after her boyfriend stabbed her to death and then fled.

A [trans woman] identified only as Tieta, was found dead inside the residence where she lived on Rua José Simplício da Costa Marques, in Bairro Primavera 4, in Bela Vista, 310 kilometers from Campo Grande.

According to information from the Jatobanews website, on Wednesday night (25) at around 10pm her boyfriend stabbed her, locked her in the room and disappeared.

Tieta's body was found by family members this Thursday (26).
