The victim died in hospital after being found with multiple stab wounds. Her identity was not reported.
A transgender woman died in the last few hours in Potosí after being found in the Cathedral area with multiple stab wounds.
The departmental deputy commander of the Police, Colonel Carlos Oblitas, informed El Potosí that the victim was found alive by police officers after an alert from neighbors. However, she died on the way to the Bracamonte hospital, where she arrived without vital signs.
Oblitas added that the 38-year-old woman who was found bleeding at the scene lived with another 26-year-old woman.
The authorities are investigating the case and, for now, it is not known who caused her injuries.
