J. was stabbed in their home. Police determined that a robbery had taken place.
Tragedy struck a [63]-year-old member of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community when their body was found with stab wounds inside their room in their house in Lipa City, Batangas on Tuesday.
The victim, [deadname] Sabido, 63-years-old, was bathing in their own blood when relatives discovered their body inside their room in their house in Purok 3, Barangay Tangway in Lipa City, Batangas at around eight o'clock in the morning.
According to the Lipa City police report, relatives went to the victim's room before she came out to have breakfast.
They forced open the bedroom door after becoming alarmed when the victim did not answer, and were surprised to find the body of the victim lying on the bed with stab wounds in different parts of the body.
During the police investigation, it was discovered that they were robbed by an unidentified assailant because money, jewelry and some belongings were missing. The police investigation continues.
