Eduarda was one of two people shot in a double homicide in a residence.
The other victim was Luís Zito Mendes Delfino, 45.
Last Friday night (5), at around 9:30 pm, Goianésia do Pará, in the southeast of the state, was the scene of a double homicide that killed a 23-year-old trans woman and a 45-year-old man. Luís Zito Mendes Delfino and [deadname] Dutra Silva, known as Eduarda, were shot dead in a residence located on Rua 12 de Julho, in the city center.
The bodies of the victims were sent to the Legal Medical Institute (IML) of Tucuruí to carry out the necessary expert procedures. At the same time, the Civil Police of Pará, through the local police station, is making efforts to investigate the crime, seeking to identify those responsible for this heinous act.
At the time of the attack, at least two people broke into the residence, carrying out the murders and managing to escape the crime scene. The Military Police are actively involved in search operations for the suspects, whose identity remains unknown. The motivation behind this violent act has not yet been clarified by authorities.
The Civil Police Department mobilized a team to the scene of the crime, requesting the collaboration of the Scientific Police to remove the bodies. Investigations are ongoing, and police forces remain dedicated to clarifying the details of this regrettable episode and bringing those responsible to justice.
