Tai'Vion died after being found unresponsive in an alley. She had been shot.

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A woman was shot dead on Sunday morning in West Baltimore, police say.

According to officials, on August 4 around 10:01 a.m., officers responded to a call for an unresponsive woman in a rear alley in the area of West Lanvale Street.

Upon arrival, officers say they found an unknown woman suffering from a fatal gunshot wound in the 800 block of North Monroe Street.

Homicide detectives are investigating.
