Larissa died in a hit and run incident.
A trans woman identified in the police report as [deadname] and on social media as Larissa Patrícia Polianna, the influencer 'Buiu a Bonita', died after being hit by two cars while trying to cross Avenida Coronel Teixeira, in Ponta Negra, West Zone of Manaus.
The [incident] occurred on Saturday night (8) and was witnessed by coconut vendors. One of them said that the victim was trying to cross the road when she was hit and thrown by a car of unknown characteristics. Soon after, a white Honda Civic ran over the body, which was crushed and [redacted] across the avenida.
Neither driver stopped to provide assistance. The victim's body was removed to the Forensic Medical Institute (IML), and the case will be investigated by the Specialized Traffic Accident Unit (DEAT).
The influencer's wake will be held at the Evangelical Assembly of God church in Pará in the Amazon, located at Rua Isarel, nº 55, Fátima I neighborhood.
