Ana's body was found with head inside her home in the centre of the city. She was well-known in the city and worked in the beverage trade.

A trans woman, whose identity has not yet been revealed, was brutally murdered inside her own home, located in the center of Sobral, on the afternoon of this Monday (17).

The victim was allegedly killed by a man who broke into her residence and stabbed her with a sharp object, possibly a piece of glass.

The victim's body was sent to the Forensic Expertise of the State of Ceará (Pefoce).

So far, no one has been arrested.
