Rebeca was beaten to death with a piece of wood.
The body of [deadname] de Paulo, popularly known as “Rebeca”, was found lifeless late Monday afternoon (31), in the District of Nova Betânia, a rural area of the municipality of Nova Russas. The victim, 46 years old, was brutally murdered with blows inflicted by a piece of wood.
According to preliminary information, the crime occurred under circumstances that remain unclear. To date, the identity of the perpetrators remains unknown. A Military Police team was dispatched to the scene and began investigations to identify possible suspects. However, no arrests had been made at the time of this report.
[Rebeca's] body will be sent to the Crateús Forensic Science Center, where it will undergo post-mortem examinations to determine the cause of death and confirm the circumstances of the crime. The investigation will be handled by the Nova Russas Civil Police Station, which is expected to determine the motive for the murder and identify those involved.
