The body of the victim was found dumped in the steet with a threatening message from a criminal gang tied to her feet and hands.
Juarez, the Chihuahua – A dead [woman] dressed as a woman was dumped on Bulevar Cuatro Siglos with a threatening message and tied to [her] feet and hands.
The finding was reported at 22:25 hours yesterday, on Bulevar Cuatro Siglos and Avenida Ramon Rayón; the victim is a young man of white complexion, had as clothing a short, shiny dress.
She also had her hands and feet tied with a yellow band and on her back was a card with a threatening message, apparently directed to the La Company criminal gang.
