Cintia was found dead in in front of a municipal building. She was a homeless victim of sexual abuse, and CCTV footage showed that she died at around 5am.
"The Military Police were activated this morning, after a doctor who passed Câmara Municipal de Pará de Minas came across a dead person in front of the chamber.
"We showed up at the scene and securrity footage from cameras showed us that this individual came towards the center, sat down around 5:00 in the morning, she sat down in front of the City Hall and suddenly passed away.
"We called the Civil Police for experts to attend the scene and she will be removed to the IML to determine the cause of death.
"This is a 39-year-old citizen of the state of Bahia and that used the social name Cintia."
