Mia passed away in her garage. Media reports of her death misgendered her.

Hi, unfortunately our friend Mia died for an overdose in Arezzo on 18th sept. 2025. The papers said something like "man 40 yo died in a garage". She joined our association participating to the last "Toscana Pride" we had in Prato, Italy, and other events in our city.

Mia was originally from Alessandria and was exceptionally vulnerable. She had started coming to events held by the community group Chimera Arcobaleno Arcigay Arezzo in June, and participated in the most recent Toscana Pride in Prato. They were trying to help her get on her feet, but she passed away before that could happen.
