Kika was shot dead by armed assailants who invaded her salon. A person who was with her suffered serious inuries.
A direct attack took the life of a stylist, a member of the LGBT+ community in the municipality of Paraíso, on the night of Friday, September 26.
The murder occurred when Kika , as she was known, was riddled with bullets while she was inside her business located on calle Francisco Gurría.
According to initial reports, the victim was in the company of another person when armed men entered the beauty salon, leaving a second person seriously injured.
An operation led by municipal, state, and federal police was implemented in the area; meanwhile, the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) arrived to secure the body and begin the investigation.
It is worth noting that several acts of violence have been reported in the municipality of Paraíso, where several banners and posters signed by alleged criminal groups have been found hanging in various locations, including schools.
